It’s almost half way through the year. Can you believe it? As I look back on the first part of this year, some profound life moments happened for me…….moments that affected each part of my mind, body, and soul. Some were happy times, some were challenging times, and some were deeply sad times. I know you too have experienced some life moments of the mind, body, and soul in this past year.
As we reflect on this past year so far, remember it’s important to take care of your self. No matter what you have experienced so far, your number one priority is your self care. If you have stayed consistent with that, yay for you! If you need to do better with this, its not too late. Every day is a new beginning. But you must start.
Making small changes is all you need to get moving toward a healthier, happier future. Remember the goals you made at the beginning of the year? Take a moment to really review your goals and see where you are right now. Then start taking those small steps to make it happen. Also, there’s nothing that says you can’t make some new goals once you have completed your main goals for the year.
Reminder to help you with goal setting:
1. Decide on what you want.
2. Be specific and write it down.
3. Give it a deadline.
The beauty of goal-setting is not only the achievement of the goal, but who you become in the process.
