During Our Time Together


  • We’ll conduct a Self Care Audit to determine your self care priorities.
  • We’ll dig deep into what you are doing now for your health and wellness.
  • We will create new habits and routines to support your self care journey. 

  • I will help you get on track in starting your new habits and being consistent with them.
  • Together, we’ll troubleshoot any obstacles that come up along the way. 
  • You will leave with a self care system that allows you to prioritize you and manage your health more effectively.
